Mechanism
How it runs.
Book a call, or just start
A 15-minute intro call to check fit, or subscribe directly if you’re already sure. You’ll get a shared board and a first-week plan within a day.
Submit requests
Design, engineering, or automation, whatever’s next. A short note, a quick recording, or a screenshot of the annoying task is all we need.
Receive work in days
Most scoped requests come back in about two business days. Bigger builds ship in daily increments, revised until they actually run.
Fine print
Every fair question.
Who owns the work?
You do. Designs, code, prompts, workflows, and docs are yours. Built for your stack, not locked into ours.
Why wouldn’t I just hire someone full-time?
For some teams that’s the right call. But this retainer covers three roles, a senior designer, a senior engineer, and an automation consultant, that run $30k+ a month to hire separately, if you can find them. A hire means recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and a fixed cost whether the pipeline is full or quiet. The retainer you can pause when priorities shift.
What kind of work can I request?
Anything from the service catalog that fits a request queue: product and interface design, design systems, landing pages, custom software, integrations, agents, workflow automation, RAG, and managed AI ops. If something is a multi-month platform rebuild, we’ll say so and suggest a better shape.
How fast do things come back?
Most scoped requests in about two business days. Larger projects ship in daily increments, so you always see progress.
Is there a limit on requests?
No. Queue as many as you like. We work one active request at a time so quality stays high and priorities stay clear. You control the order.
What does “one request at a time” mean in practice?
Your queue can be any length, but one request is actively being built at any moment. That focus is why most requests come back in about two days instead of sitting in a sprint backlog for three weeks.
What if I don’t like what ships?
Unlimited revisions until you’re happy. If something fails in production, we stay on it. The point is outcomes, not ticket count.
Who does the work?
Every engagement is led hands-on by our founder, Filip Iversen, with a small network of senior specialists for the rare thing outside our lanes. One accountable person for the whole engagement is the feature, not the limitation.
How does onboarding work?
Start with the free audit if you want a ranked roadmap first, or go straight into the retainer. Either way: shared board, access to the systems that matter, and a first request within days.
How do I submit requests?
Through your request board. Written briefs, docs, recorded walkthroughs, or screenshots of the painful workflow all work. We’ll ask clarifying questions before we build.
How does pausing work?
Pause anytime from your board. Unused days roll over, so a two-week pause credits two weeks when you resume. Cancel anytime, no penalty.
What if I only need a month, or one project?
That’s fine. No minimum commitment. For a clearly bounded one-off (a single agent, a defined integration, one landing page), we can quote a fixed project. Most teams stick with the retainer once they see the backlog.
Who owns the work?
You do. Design files, source code, prompts, workflows, infrastructure config, and docs are yours. We don’t lock you into a proprietary platform.
What won’t you take on?
Print design, video production, and native mobile apps are outside the lane. We also won’t ship systems we can’t stand behind in production. If a request is a bad idea, we’ll say why.
